\nThis is a full-time role located in Honolulu, HI, with flexibility for some remote work. The Associate Attorney will collaborate with partners and senior associates on cases, conduct legal research, provide legal advice, negotiate with opposing parties or counsel, and represent clients in court or at meetings.\n

\n*Ideal Candidate:*\n
\n
\n* Strong knowledge of law related to the areas of practice of PKK\n
\n* Ability to conduct independent and effective legal research\n
\n* Strong negotiation and advocacy skills\n
\n* Excellent written and verbal communication skills\n
\n* Ability to work well independently and in a team\n
\n* Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school\n
\n* Admission to the Hawaii Bar association\n
\n* Work experience in a law firm or legal setting\n
\n

\nMust be licensed in Hawaii\n

\nLitigation experience a plus\n
\n
\nMust have good time management skills & be highly organized\n
