Job Title: Showroom AdvisorLocation: SolihullSalary: £26,000- £29,000Are you a passionate Sales Advisor And looking for an exciting new role?Your Recruitment Coach are currently looking for a Showroom Advisor to work with one of their well-established and very successful clients based in Solihull work as part of their Sales team.Overview of the Role:We are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our Solihull team due to expansion. As a Sales Advisor you will work closely alongside our showroom team to deliver exceptional service to our customers. This role requires a friendly and confident communicator, who thrives in a customer service/sales role. The fast-paced nature of this role requires candidates who are extremely organised and able to prioritise certain tasks, whilst being both pro-active and reactive to the customers requirements.Key responsibilities:As a sales advisor your key role is to provide support to our showroom team, as well as provide excellent customer service whilst guiding the customer throughout the sales process. The sales process can begin over the phone, email or in person and it is important you are a clear, confident, and friendly communicator via each platform - grammatical accuracy is vital. As a sales advisor you will offer our customers the highest level of support and advice throughout their journey with us which includes technical advice, design advice and resolving customer queries.Additional responsibilitiesAnswering incoming sales callsMaking outbound calls to our customer databaseCreating quotations, processing payments, arranging deliveries, and providing outstanding aftersales serviceProviding advice on suitability, sizing, pricing whilst showcasing a natural flair for interiorsUpdating the CRM system with relevant client information and daily activityArranging samples to be dispatchedWelcoming customers to the showroom and building relationship with clients, ensuring a professional and friendly welcome is always receivedMaintaining a clean and tidy showroomProviding drinks to customers during their appointmentsConfirming showroom appointments with customers prior to their arrivalSkills & Experience:Essentials and DesirablesExperience in a sales environmentExtremely well organised and able to prioritise tasksEnthusiastic and hands on this is a busy, fast-paced companySelf-motivated with the ability to inspire those around youStrong customer focusExcellent communicatorMinimum of 2 years sales experienceMust have experience in using a CRMFamiliar with Microsoft officeYour Recruitment Coach is an independent recruitment consultancy based in Peterborough, from temporary and contract personnel, from office junior through to the highest levels of management both locally and nationally.If this Showroom Advisor position sounds like you, then please forward your CV to Katie at Your Recruitment Coach for further information, Thankyou.TPBN1_UKTJ
