You'll act as the trusted HR contact for managers and employees while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and supporting business objectives.Key responsibilities include:Managing the full recruitment and onboarding processProviding HR advice and guidance to managers on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance managementPreparing contracts, HR documentation and maintaining accurate employee recordsSupporting learning and development initiatives across the businessEnsuring compliance with UK employment legislation and company policiesPlaying a key role in HR improvement projects, including a current payroll streamlining projectSupporting employee engagement, wellbeing and continuous improvement initiativesAssisting with HR reporting and maintaining HR systemsAbout You To be successful in this HR Generalist position, you'll have experience working in a generalist HR role and be confident supporting managers across a wide range of HR activities.You'll ideally have:CIPD Level 3 qualification (or currently working towards it)Previous HR experience within manufacturing, engineering or a similar industrial environmentStrong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practiceExperience managing recruitment and employee relations caseworkExcellent organisational, communication and relationship-building skillsA proactive, professional and confidential approachThe ability to work independently while building strong relationships across the businessBe commutable to Wrexham, Chester or the surrounding areasWhat's on Offer?
