Youll be confident explaining Microsoft 365 solutions in a clear, practical way and comfortable working on multiple projects at the same time.Youll be joining a supportive team where knowledge sharing, continuous learning and doing the right thing for the customer are genuinely valued.What youll be doing as a Microsoft 365 Technical Specialist:What youll be doing; Deliver Microsoft 365 projects including tenant setup, migrations, configuration and optimisation, all areas of implementation and administrationWork across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Entra ID, Purview and CopilotSupport customer workshops, technical discovery and solution design activitiesConfigure security, compliance and governance features within Microsoft 365Troubleshoot complex Microsoft 365 issues and provide technical escalation supportUse PowerShell and automation to improve delivery, administration and reportingWere looking for experience in: Designing and delivering Microsoft 365 solutions in an MSP, customer-facing or consultancy roleWorking with Microsoft 365 services; Exchange, SharePoint, Teams and OneDriveMicrosoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA and identity managementSecurity and compliance tools such as Microsoft Purview, DLP, retention or Defender for Office 365Troubleshooting technical issues and explaining solutions clearly to customersHands-on approach focused on detailComfortable working on multiple projects with a structured organised approachIt would be great if you also have: Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, SC-300 or SC-401Deep understanding of Microsoft Purview related to Microsoft 365 Copilot governance and compliance.Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot or Copilot readinessPowerShell scripting or Microsoft Graph experienceExperience delivering Microsoft workshops or adoption sessionsWhat We Offer: 33 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), with entitlement increasing by one day for each full calendar year employed, up to a maximum of five days.Annual pay reviews.Holiday buy scheme.All-company bonus scheme.Death in service cover.Employee assistance programme.Company pension.Active social calendar.A strong focus on developing our people.About The CompanyIntercity Technology provides reliable and secure technologies in communications, cloud, and managed services, with a big difference Intercity is a technology solutions partner that isnt all about tech.
