Maintenance Supervisor Greenwich, London Temporary ContractAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join an established facilities management provider on a large, multi-building campus in Greenwich. CBW are currently recruiting for an ongoing temporary position, offering the chance to oversee the day-to-day delivery of engineering and maintenance services across the site.The successful candidate will lead a team of 68 engineers, ensuring both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This is a hands-on supervisory role, requiring strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate engineers and specialist subcontractors while maintaining excellent service delivery.Hours of work:Monday to Friday 08:00amto 17:00pmTemp to permKey Duties:Organise and manage all planned and reactive maintenanceLead and supervise a team of multi-skilled engineers (2 direct reports)Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed and documentation meets required standardsMaintain cleanliness and organisation of plant roomsOversee reactive maintenance to ensure it aligns with contractual obligationsManage and deliver minor improvement worksAttend and contribute to client meetingsCoordinate and manage external contractorsPrimarily off the tools, but able to step in when operationally requiredRequirements:Fully qualified in Electrical Engineering to a recognised standard (e.g. City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent)Strong knowledge of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance within building servicesGood understanding of building services systems and facilities management operationsStrong administrative and IT skills, with experience using CAFM systems and Microsoft OfficeExperience managing maintenance budgets, monitoring costs, and controlling expenditureExcellent organisational, communication, and leadership skillsAbility to prioritise workloads, coordinate engineers and subcontractors, and ensure high standards of service deliveryPlease send your CV to Katie at CBW Staffing Solutions for more information.TPBN1_UKTJ
