To deliver high-quality electrical installation, repair and maintenance services that ensure safe, compliantand well-maintained homes for theirresidents.

Whatstherole?

\n

\n

Key Accountabilities:

\n

\n

\n
• Carry out electrical installation,repairand maintenance work within occupied and void properties, including inspection and testing EICRs
\n

\n
\n

\n
• Deliver works from a pre-allocated appointment system, ensuring efficiency andhigh standards
\n

\n
\n

\n
• Completeaccuratereports using both paperwork and handheld devices
\n

\n
\n

\n
• Work closely with the Team Leader, escalating issues or concerns whenrequired
\n

\n
\n

\n
• Ensure all work is compliant with current health & safety regulations
\n

\n

\n

\n

Whataretheylookingfor?

Essential:

\n

• Experience working in a similar electrical role within repairs and maintenance
\n

\n
\n

\n
• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
\n

\n
\n

\n
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate empathetically
\n

\n
\n

\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\n

\n
\n

\n
• Good organisational and reporting skills (including use of handheld devices)
\n

\n
\n

\n
• Full, clean UK driving licence
\n

\n
\n

\n
• Willingness tomaintaina satisfactory basic DBS check
\n

\n

\n

\n

Qualifications:

\n

\n

\n
• 18th Edition (orworking towards 18th)
\n

\n
\n

\n
• NVQ Level 3 (2356 / 2357)
\n

\n
\n

\n
• 2360 / 2330 / 2365 or Part 1 & 2
\n

\n
\n

\n
• 2391 or 2394/2395 Inspection & Testing
\n

\n

\n

\n

Desirable:

\n

\n

\n
• AM2 qualification
\n

\n
\n

\n
• Experience within the housing sector
\n

\n
\n

\n
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Excel)
\n

\n

\n

\n
