37 hours per week normally Monday to Friday (weekend working maybe required on occasion (dependant on needs of service)

What is the Job Function?
\nMake a difference helping create a safe, welcoming home for young people. As a Houseparent, you’ll play a vital role in making sure their environment is clean, safe, and nurturing — a true home from home.
\nWhat you'll do:
\n- \n
- Plan and prepare fresh, nutritious meals (we hold the Healthy Living Award) \n
- Keep living areas, bedrooms, and shared spaces clean, tidy, and welcoming \n
- Support with laundry, stock control and hygiene standards \n
- Work as part of a team that puts the wellbeing of young people first \n
Who are we looking for?
\n- \n
- Experience in cooking, cleaning, or housekeeping (in any setting — home, hospitality, care, schools, etc.) \n
- A friendly, positive attitude and willingness to help \n
- Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team \n
- Care experiece is a bonus, but not essential \n
- A driving licence would be great, but not essential \n
