\n Equity Derivatives Trader – Vice President\n

Overview\n

Deutsche Bank’s Rates business leads with scale and strength in providing asset and liability solutions to institutional and corporate clients globally. You will work closely with traders and interact with sales, structuring, research, and control functions to provide liquidity and manage the trading book.

Key Responsibilities\n
    \n
  • Market Making and Risk Management of Equity Derivatives – providing liquidity and recycling risk profitably and developing the Equity Derivatives franchise.
  • \n
  • Analyse market structure and identify opportunities and threats.
  • \n
  • Manage financial and non‑financial risk.
  • \n
  • Interact with clients, sales and internal counterparties in other trading, coverage and structuring functions to increase market transparency and generate new business.
  • \n
  • Build a sustainable business and increase market share.
  • \n
Qualifications\n
    \n
  • Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and optimise workflows.
  • \n
  • Deep understanding of the asset class.
  • \n
  • Track‑record in revenue generation and sustaining high‑quality market share.
  • \n
  • Proven risk‑management skills.
  • \n
  • Strong quantitative skills.
  • \n
