Our modern, fast-growing manufacturing site in Petersfield is expanding, and we're looking for confident, reliable operators who are ready to lead, motivate, and make an impact.

DAYS - Monday to Friday (7am-3pm)No rotating shiftsFull-time hoursTemp-to-permanent opportunity

Company bus available for just £3 per day Serving Portsmouth, Havant, Waterlooville and surrounding areas

You'll be leading from the front - not stuck behind a desk:

• Supporting and motivating your team to hit targets
\n
• Keeping production running smoothly and efficiently
\n
• Coaching operators and helping develop their skills
\n
• Stepping in to solve problems and reduce downtime
\n
• Driving standards around quality, safety, and performance
\n
• Supporting training, return-to-work processes, and team development
\n
• Getting involved in continuous improvement and Lean/5S activities
\n

• Have production/manufacturing experience

• Have supported, guided, or informally led others on shift
