We are seeking a talented and personable Front of House Team Member to join our highly regarded fine dining restaurant, led by an acclaimed and award-winning chef. With an intimate dining room and a reputation for outstanding food and service, we pride ourselves on delivering a memorable experience from the moment our guests arrive until the moment they leave.

This is a varied, hands-on role that offers far more than traditional waiting duties. As part of a small and close-knit team, you will be involved in every aspect of the guest journey and play a crucial role in maintaining the standards that our reputation is built upon.

The Role

Responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and hosting guests with warmth, professionalism and confidence
\n
• Guiding diners through our tasting menu and sharing the story behind the dishes, ingredients and philosophy of the restaurant
\n
• Delivering attentive and knowledgeable table service throughout the guest experience
\n
• Supporting wine and beverage service
\n
• Assisting behind the bar, preparing drinks and ensuring smooth service operations
\n
• Building genuine rapport with guests and creating memorable dining experiences
\n
• Maintaining impeccable dining room standards and attention to detail
\n
• Working closely with the kitchen and chef team to ensure seamless service
\n

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in restaurant, hospitality or fine dining environments
\n
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• Is naturally warm, engaging and confident with guests
\n
• Has a genuine interest in food, drink and hospitality
\n
• Enjoys learning and can confidently explain complex menus and concepts
\n
• Thrives in a small team environment where flexibility and teamwork are essential
\n
• Takes pride in delivering service at the highest level
\n
• Remains calm, organised and professional during busy service periods
\n
