We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to join our team supplying temporary workers across the public sector.We are looking for a customer-centric individual who is committed to providing the best possible service to their customers. You will ideally have a background in customer service with strong administration and problem-solving skills.Working as part of a fast-paced team, focusing on helping candidates find the best jobs you will be involved in:Fulfilling daily and weekly volume requirements in line with client deadlines; including the recruitment and selection of workersInputting and checking data for weekly payroll ensuring accuracyBeing responsible for administration processes such as change requests and absencesManaging compliance requirements and keeping secure records for audit purposesProviding a positive customer experience, dealing with any worker queries quickly and efficientlyProviding on-call support on a 4-weekly rota basis, assisting workers and clients ‘out of hours'Who are we looking for?The ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and strong problem-solving skillsYou will have a customer-centric mindset, always putting people firstA resilient, driven, and flexible approachYou will ideally have experience within the recruitment industry, although this is not essentialYou will have a growth mindset, always on the lookout for new ways of working while you fulfil the needs of both your client and customersYou will be able to build and maintain effective relationships with both clients and customerAt Brightwork we believe in rewarding our people, so not only will you receive a competitive salary and comprehensive training, but you will also be entitled to a range of benefits including:Annual leave of 25 days plus 8 bank holidays (pro rata for part time position)Celebration day to use for whatever you would like to celebrateExcellent career progression opportunities within the Staffline GroupBenefits Experience platform giving you access to significant discounts in many retailersMedicashLife assurance and pensionYour working hours would be 8am-5pm Monday to Friday. Your place of work will be our Glasgow Office with the option after training is complete of a hybrid working week split between office, Client Sites and hybrid home working with a minimum of 2 days from the office.
