Stock Condition Surveyor DEALocation: South WalesContract: Outside IR35 | Paid per survey | Ongoing|TSA Surveying are currently partnering with a leading building consultancy to recruit a Stock Condition Surveyor/ DEA for an ongoing project based in South Wales.Key Responsibilities:Conduct stock condition surveys on social housing properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, and assessments under HHSRS.Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards.EPC assessmentsAssess the remaining lifespan of key components such as kitchens and bathrooms.About the Role:Surveys will be completed using asset management software (tablet devices provided).Complete 8-10 surveys per day.Training on the software provided.Outside IR35 paid per completed survey (houses, flats, and blocks).Ideal Candidates:Experience in stock condition surveying.
