Site Manager required for a project in Penrith. This will be working on a refurbishment scheme on holiday lets. This will be overseeing the internals of this project.You will be required to oversee all sub-contractors and agency staff as required. All client meetings will be supported by the Contracts Manager so it will be managing inductions, H&S, RAMS on site while ensuring the programme is being adhered to.The site is due to start at the end of August, and will run for 9 months. All of the involved works are internals other than the facade works so extensive knowledge in this area is essential.Hours 42.5 per week.
