We have partnered with a leader in AI consulting, who are looking for an impressive Director as they build and grow a Life Sciences practice focused on enterprise AI transformation.

The role will be heavily focused on shaping the proposition, winning work and delivering complex AI programmes into leading Pharma/Biotech businesses.

Responsibilities\n

• Drive new client wins and grow accounts within Life Sciences
\n
• Sell and lead AI transformation programmes
\n
• Partner C-suite stakeholders across Pharma/Biotech
\n
• Build out the practice – including hiring delivery capability
\n
• Own deals and take them through to delivery
\n

Requirements\n

\n
• Strong consulting background (MBB / top-tier strategy boutique)
\n
• Experience selling and delivering technology / AI-enabled transformation
\n
• Solid exposure to Life Sciences environments
\n
• Credible, charismatic operator - someone who can lead from the front in client conversations
\n
