- Support and guide team members to deliver excellent patient care and service. \n
- Handle scheduling, ensuring the department is fully staffed to meet demand. \n
- Provide professional and clinical leadership to the pharmacy team. \n
- Ensure the safe and accurate dispensing of prescriptions. \n
- Deliver exceptional patient care and clinical services. \n
- Drive the delivery of NHS and private pharmacy services. \n
- Lead, motivate and develop the pharmacy team. \n
- Ensure compliance with GPhC standards, company procedures and regulatory requirements. \n
- Build strong relationships with patients, healthcare professionals and local stakeholders. \n
- Manage pharmacy performance, stock control and overall operational efficiency. \n
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and patient-focused care. \n
Profile
\nA successful Pharmacist Manager should have:

- Pharmacist with current GPhC registration \n
- Have previous experience working within a community pharmacy environment. \n
- Experience managing operations in a healthcare or retail setting. \n
- Demonstrate strong leadership and people management skills. \n
- A good understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in healthcare. \n
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities. \n
