Reporting into an Implementation manager with nationwide travel expected.Here's the exciting bit… A day includes:Managing merchandising teams and delivering on site activity for all assigned projects across Superdrug. Daily communication to store/Implementation Manager /Project Support manager and key head office departments. Review project progress and make decisions and implement plans to deliver best in class project delivery. Ensure revenue cost reporting to the implementation manager is delivered in a timely manner. Review on site resource management needs in line with the project scope. Deliver the commercial plan as per the project plan.This job is a good fit for you if:You enjoy delivering great projects by working with teams of people.You know you add value through by delivering a great commercial and project plan.You understand how to plan workload for yourself and teams in retail stores. You will understand the core principles of effective planning and organizing skills.
