Quantity Surveyor

I'm working with a well-established façade contractor based in London who is looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor due to continued growth. The company delivers façade packages on projects ranging from £1m-£10m, covering both new build and re-cladding/remediation schemes across London and the South East. They have a strong reputation within the industry and a healthy pipeline of secured work. The Role Managing the commercial aspects of façade and cladding projects from inception through to final account. Preparing valuations, variations and cost reports. Procuring and managing subcontractors and suppliers. Working closely with project teams to ensure projects remain commercially on track. Attending client meetings and supporting commercial negotiations. Rewards & Benefits £60,000 - £80,000 salary. Company car or car allowance. Pension. Annual bonus. Ongoing career progression. Stable workload with long-term secured projects. Requirements Experience working for a specialist façade, cladding or external envelope contractor. Strong commercial knowledge across subcontract packages. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Good communication and negotiation skills. Degree qualified or equivalent is desirable
