HCR Recruitment is looking for dedicated Band 3 Team Leaders to join care teams across Norwich and surrounding areas. The Role As a Team Leader, you will support the smooth running of care services while providing guidance and support to care staff. You will play an important role in maintaining high standards of care, promoting independence, and ensuring service users receive safe and personalised support. Key Responsibilities  Lead, support, and supervise care staff to deliver high-quality care.  Allocate daily tasks and ensure effective team coordination.  Support new and existing team members through guidance and mentoring.  Provide hands-on care and assistance with daily living activities when required.  Administer medication safely in line with care plans and company procedures.  Support safe moving and handling practices.  Monitor service users' wellbeing and report any changes appropriately.  Maintain accurate care records, documentation, and daily reports.  Promote dignity, respect, independence, and person-centred care.  Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, families, and wider support teams.  Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and care standards. Essential Requirements  Minimum 2 years' UK experience within a healthcare or social care setting.  Previous experience leading or supervising a care team.  Experience with medication administration.  Experience with manual handling and safe moving techniques.  Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.  Ability to support, motivate, and guide team members.  Reliable, compassionate, and committed approach to care.  Right to work in the UK.
