Contract Manager – RoofingRedditch Permanent £50,000+ DOE + Company Car/Van & Fuel CardWe are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established contractor for an experienced Contract Manager to lead a roofing contract based in Redditch, working predominantly with a local authority client.This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven roofing professional to take full operational responsibility for a live contract covering reactive repairs and planned new roof installations. You will play a key role in ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.The Role As Contract Manager, you will oversee site teams and subcontractors while maintaining close communication with the client and senior management team. You will ensure smooth delivery from initial survey through to final handover.Key Responsibilities Full management of a roofing contract (repairs & new installations)Surveying new works, reviewing drawings, measurements & site conditionsManaging subcontractors and direct labour to ensure programme adherenceActing as main point of contact for the local authority clientAttending and leading progress meetingsManaging materials, plant hire, waste, and off-hire processesOverseeing quality control and closing out snagging worksIdentifying and managing variationsEnsuring full H&S compliance including RAMS, permits, PPE & site inspectionsMaintaining accurate reporting, site documentation & handoversAbout You Proven experience as a Contract Manager or Senior Site Manager within roofingStrong knowledge of roofing repairs and new roof installationsExperience working with local authority clientsGood commercial awareness (variations, cost control, subcontract management)Strong H&S knowledge and compliance understandingConfident client-facing communicatorFull UK Driving LicenceSMSTS (desirable)What's On Offer Salary £50,000+ (DOE)Company Car/VanFuel CardPermanent, secure opportunityLong-term local authority contractIf you are an experienced roofing professional ready to step into (or continue in) a Contract Manager position with full contract ownership, we would like to hear from you.Apply today or contact us for a confidential discussion.TPBN1_UKTJ
