Job Description
PMO LeadOur client has an exciting opportunity for a PMO Lead to drive the evolution and delivery of complex programmes through a modern, data-led PMO function. This role will lead the development of scalable governance, controls, and reporting frameworks, leveraging insight and continuous improvement to enhance transparency, performance, and decision-making across the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead integrated PMO/project controls teams, building a high-performing and forward-thinking delivery functionOversee planning, cost, risk, change, and performance reporting, with a focus on data quality and actionable insightDevelop and embed modern governance frameworks, standards, and PMO best practicesProvide strategic reporting and real-time insights to senior stakeholders and leadership teamsLead audit, assurance, and compliance activities, ensuring a proactive and 'always audit-ready' approachDrive continuous improvement, including the optimisation of PMO tools, reporting capabilities, and ways of workingSupport the adoption of data-driven decision-making and enhanced programme visibilitySkills & ExperienceExperience delivering complex programmes and leading PMO or project controls teamsStrong expertise across programme controls disciplines (cost, schedule, risk, change), with a focus on insight and performanceProven track record in governance, audit, and assurance frameworksExperience enhancing or transforming PMO functions, processes, or tools is highly desirableExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levelsAdditional InformationCandidates must be SC cleared or eligible for clearance and be Sole UK NationalsHybrid working with a requirement of 3 days onsite in GlasgowCompetitive salary and benefits package, reflective of experience and the impact of the roleTPBN1_UKTJ
