Your responsibilities will include:Working closely with department heads to ensure smooth operationsLeading, supporting and guiding team members across the hotelAssisting with training and onboarding new staffMaintaining high standard of service and presentationEnsuring guests receive an exceptional experience from check-in to check-outYour personality, experience and qualifications You will have previous experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel and while direct experience in a similar Operations Manager role is highly advantageous, we value passionate leaders with clear evidence of strong leadership within the hospitality sector.
