With accredited training, ongoing upskilling, and clear pathways for progression, this position offers long-term stability, standout benefits, and exceptional earning potential in a supportive environment.What's on offer for you as Maintenance EngineerBasic Salary: £43,000 - 44,000 + bonus + premium overtime (x1.5, x2)Training & Development: Commitment to a focused training and development programme, including electrical cross-skilling for those who want it, leadership training and opportunities, specialist hydraulics training, continuous improvement training, etc. If it helps you progress as an engineer, they will support it where possiblePension up to 20% (10% matched)Private healthcare schemePrime site location near to the Winsford area with excellent transport links from surrounding areasDays only Monday to Friday working hoursRole & Responsibilities as Maintenance EngineerDeliver plant-wide proactive and reactive mechanical maintenance to ensure optimum factory performanceExecute PPM schedules and respond effectively to breakdowns as part of the maintenance teamFault-find and repair key mechanical systems including hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and gearboxesParticipate in continuous improvement and reliability initiatives to support world-class manufacturing standardsWhat do you require to apply as Maintenance EngineerApprenticeship trained in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrotechnical, Electrical Maintenance or related disciplineCity & Guilds Level 3 / BTEC Level 3 (or higher) with NVQ Level 3 in EngineeringStrong background in planned and reactive mechanical maintenance within manufacturingIf this sounds like the kind of balance you're looking for, we'd love to hear from you.
