- Job Title: Stock Controller / Admin Support \n
- Department: Warehouse \n
- Location: Corby Central Distribution Centre (CDC) \n
- Shift Pattern: 08:00 – 16:00 \n
- Pay Rate: £12.75 \n

- WMS Maintenance: Daily management and maintenance of the Warehouse Management System, ensuring system control and that all adjustments are fully understood, audited, and reported. \n
- Inventory Management: Plan, execute, and oversee regular stock takes, scheduled counts, and Perpetual Inventory checks. \n
- Pallet & Flow Management: Track and maintain accurate pallet controls to ensure an efficient flow of stock throughout the site. \n
- Issue Investigation: Conduct root-cause analysis on stock discrepancies, manage quality checks and handle wastage reporting. \n

- Reporting: Prepare, compile, and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly operational and inventory reports. \n
- Enquiry Resolution: Serve as a key point of contact for resolving customer, client, and supplier stock inquiries quickly and efficiently. \n
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain and build professional relationships with suppliers and cross-functional site departments. \n

- Compliance Standards: Adhere strictly to company health and safety policies to maintain a safe working environment. \n
- Quality Frameworks: Apply active awareness of HACCP and BRC compliance standards across all daily operational practices. \n

- Proven experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and stock control processes. \n
- Strong numerical capability and a high level of analytical precision. \n
- \n
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional accuracy and thoroughness in data entry and record-keeping. \n
- Problem-Solving Skills: Logical approach to identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies. \n
- Teamwork & Initiative: Able to work collaboratively within a diverse team as well as independently using sound judgment. \n
- Time Management: Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks under tight deadlines. \n
- Flexibility: Willingness and adaptability to cover alternative shift patterns for administrative cover (holidays/sickness) when required. \n
