Offering a modern production environment and hands-on technical training, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills while working with advanced automated machinery, with a clear progression pathway to Level 2 (£39,452) and Level 3 (£43,489) within approximately nine months.

This position would suit someone with a practical, hands-on approach who enjoys learning new skills, solving problems, and working as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The Role:

• Operating and monitoring modern automated production machinery.
\n
• Carrying out machine changeovers, basic fault finding, and supporting continuous production.
\n
• Working as part of a team to achieve production, quality, and safety targets.
\n
• 4 on 4 off rotating shift pattern covering both days and nights.
\n

The Person:

\n
• Experience in manufacturing, production, warehousing, logistics, assembly, engineering, construction, automotive, military, or another hands-on environment would be advantageous but not essential.
\n
• Practical mindset with good attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
\n
• Reliable, motivated, and looking for structured training and long-term career progression.
\n
