An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Law Graduate to join a reputable legal practice in Walsall as a Paralegal within the Commercial and Property team.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced legal environment, working closely with experienced solicitors on a variety of commercial and property matters. The successful candidate will benefit from excellent exposure, training, and long-term career development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting solicitors with commercial and property transactions.
\n
• Preparing legal documents, contracts, correspondence, and reports.
\n
• Conducting legal research and due diligence.
\n
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties.
\n
• Managing and maintaining client files and case management systems.
\n
• Supporting property acquisitions, sales, leases, and commercial matters.
\n
• Carrying out searches and preparing completion documents.
\n
• Providing general administrative and legal support to the team.
\n

Candidate Requirements

• Law degree (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification.
\n
• Strong interest in Commercial and Property Law.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
\n
• Ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines.
\n
• Professional, proactive, and client-focused approach.
\n
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
\n
• Previous legal work experience, placements, or internships would be advantageous but not essential.
\n
