Regional Vice President - Platform Security
Job Description
Salesforce is looking for an experienced Regional Vice President (RVP), Platform & Security to lead and grow our Platform & Security business across the United Kingdom & Ireland (UKI) region. This senior sales management role will play a pivotal part in accelerating our Platform & Security revenue in one of our most strategic markets.

- Lead and develop a team of Account Executives (AEs) and Specialists focused on Platform & Security solutions across UKI. \n
- Define and execute the regional go‑to‑market strategy for Platform & Security (Salesforce Shield, Event Monitoring, Security Center, Platform, Data Cloud, etc.). \n
- Drive revenue growth by owning the regional forecast and delivering against quarterly and annual targets. \n
- Operate in a co‑prime / matrix model, partnering closely with Core AEs, Solution Engineers, Customer Success, and cross‑functional stakeholders to drive complex, multi‑product deals. \n
- Build and maintain executive‑level relationships with key customers and prospects across UKI. \n
- Coach and mentor the team on strategic selling, deal qualification, and pipeline management. \n
- Collaborate with EMEA and Global leadership to align on priorities, best practices, and resource allocation. \n
- Represent the voice of the customer internally to influence product roadmap and go‑to‑market strategy. \n

- 3+ years of experience in a sales management or leadership role, ideally in enterprise software / SaaS. \n
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets in a regional or territory leadership capacity. \n
- Experience managing and coaching high‑performing sales teams in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. \n
- Strong background in complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise sales cycles. \n
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a matrix / co‑prime sales model, working across multiple internal teams and stakeholders. \n

- IT sensibility — comfortable navigating conversations around IT strategy, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation (deep security expertise not required). \n
- Strong ability to communicate and build relationships with senior leaders and ability to engage at C‑level (CIO, CISO, CDO). \n
- Excellent forecasting and pipeline management discipline. \n
- Ability to influence without authority in a highly matrixed organisation. \n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages a plus. \n
