SourceCo Recruitment are looking for a Customer Service & After Care Co-ordinator to join a growing manufacturing business in Worcester. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and enjoys coordinating solutions from start to finish.As the key link between customers and internal departments, you'll manage customer enquiries, coordinate aftercare activities, and ensure every issue is resolved efficiently while delivering an outstanding customer experience.Salary:£26,437.00 per annumWorking Hours:Monday to Friday 8am 4pmNo Weekends!The ideal candidate will have:Previous experience in Customer Service, Aftercare, Service Coordination or Office Administration.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.A proactive approach to problem-solving.High attention to detail and excellent record-keeping skills.Good Microsoft Office and computer skills.The ability to remain calm and professional when handling customer concerns.We're looking for someone who is organised, customer-focused and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer ServiceAct as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.Manage customer orders and provide regular progress updates.Resolve delivery, installation and order-related queries promptly.Liaise with Production, Logistics, Sales and Installation teams to ensure seamless service.Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.Support the wider customer service team with administrative tasks.After Care & Customer SupportTake ownership of post-installation enquiries and remedial cases from initial contact through to completion.Coordinate engineer and installer visits, ensuring all required information and materials are available.Keep customers informed throughout the resolution process.Manage customer complaints professionally, restoring confidence and ensuring complete satisfaction.Monitor remedial works, identify recurring issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.Record root causes and monitor remedial costs to help improve operational performance.DesirableExperience within manufacturing, construction, kitchens, interiors or a trade-related environment.What's on Offer?Private HealthcareCompany PensionAdditional annual leave with length of serviceOngoing training and professional developmentFriendly and supportive team environmentCareer progression opportunitiesA varied role where no two days are the sameInterested?If you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and enjoy seeing problems through to a successful resolution, we'd love to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
