This role is responsible for directing effective corrective maintenance, planning for Critical Environment and Risk Management, and driving industry-leading standards. The primary objectives focus on service delivery, quality, and performance that underpin both JLL WPM and JLL's vision for engineering excellence.This is a key position requiring excellent teamwork, relationship management, and technical skills. You will play a pivotal role within the contract by supporting the wider team with a "one team ethos" while ensuring we deliver our contractual obligations and achieve excellence throughout the exciting journey of this innovative building.Key ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesThe Supervisor's role is varied and offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of building technology innovation. This position requires developing an in-depth understanding of the BMS Tridium head-end system and DesOps, while driving IoT solutions, building efficiency initiatives, and supporting our commitment to sustainability and wellness standards including WELL and BREEAM certifications.Service Delivery & Client ManagementRepresent the hard services team and ensure successful site support for all engineering requirementsServe as the main interface with site client teams, developing strong relationships with key clients and stakeholdersCover for the Contract Delivery Manager when required for all technical activitiesMonitor and interface with clients to carry out all user requirements and requests, ensuring Change Requests are submitted on time and correctlyEstablish and agree client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), measuring compliance and performance to cover business continuity, customer satisfaction, and communicationCompliance & Quality AssuranceConduct audits in line with JLL WPM and JLL processesManage compliance upkeep along with site logbooks and Corrigo CAFM SystemEnsure all Critical Service processes are developed with a common approach and meet client requirements or appropriate SLAs as per contractual obligationsEnsure all technical activities are carried out to meet JLL WPM health and safety and client safety requirementsEnsure Specialist Service Providers are managed effectively, including confirming worksheets are signed off, quality of work is inspected, and recommendations are swiftly processedOperations & Maintenance ManagementMonitor the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) system to achieve 100% uptimePlan, control, and monitor operations and maintenance throughout the building through reporting and audit reviewsMaintain the Asset Management Plan and monitor criticality and condition of assetsProvide benchmarking of equipment and performancePlan and manage major building shutdowns and critical work eventsReview plant and system performance, highlighting solutions and progressing Continuous Improvement and appropriate benchmarking programsInnovation & SustainabilityWork with smart systems to drive energy performance optimizationSupport all agreed ESG outputs and sustainability initiativesDrive building efficiency initiatives aligned with WELL and BREEAM certification standardsTeam Leadership & DevelopmentDevelop and manage the technical team with appropriate skills to meet client requirementsDevelop and maintain a service team culture focused on improving self-delivery and self-perform capabilitiesProvide emergency response leadership, managing the on-site team and communicationsTenant & Stakeholder CoordinationManage and support tenant fit-outs, including planning, facilitating, and recordingAttend key stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and successful project deliveryExperience and QualificationsExperience and QualificationsEssential QualificationsRecognized apprenticeship, Degree qualification, HNC in Electrical Engineering, or equivalentMinimum of 5 years' experience in engineering services within critical environments and/or new build projectsHigh level of technical awareness within FM and new building environments, including:• Power & Distribution (LV, MV, HV)• UPS and emergency electrical generation• HVAC and cooling systemsTechnical Knowledge & SkillsStrong understanding of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Risk Management (RM), and CAFM systemsProficiency with Building Management Systems (BMS) and control systemsExperience with smart systems and building technology innovationIT literate with strong digital competencyLeadership & Management CapabilitiesProven management and leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate technical teamsStrong organizational skills with a collaborative leadership styleAbility to multitask and work autonomously, planning and managing work under time constraintsHigh level of initiative with drive to continuously improve building operations and technology integrationCommunication & Interpersonal SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsOutstanding customer service skills and client-facing abilitiesAbility to interact effectively with all levels of staff, management, and customersComfortable working within a team environment while contributing to group successPersonal AttributesEnthusiasm and proactive approach to achieving the highest standard of operationSmart, presentable, and professional appearanceIntegrity, honesty, and punctualityCollaborative team player who works effectively to achieve common goalsLogical thinker with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilitiesAdaptable and flexible approach to work requirements, willing to embrace technological changeCustomer-focused with an innovative mindsetLocation:On-site -London, GBRIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.
