Lead Product Manager (Data)£68,000-80,000 GBPPension, BenefitsHybrid WORKINGLocation: Leeds; Birmingham; Glasgow; Bristol, Manchester, North West - United Kingdom Type: PermanentLead Product Manager (Data)LondonFull Time | Up to £80,000A leading digital consultancy delivering complex transformation programmes across the public and private sectors is looking for a Lead Product Manager (Data) to help shape and deliver innovative data products and platforms that drive meaningful business outcomes.What You'll Have the Opportunity to Do: Lead the delivery of complex data products, platforms and services.Define product visions, roadmaps and priorities aligned to business goals and user needs.Work closely with stakeholders to drive product direction and strategic decisions.Translate business and technical requirements into clear product backlogs and outcomes.Lead multidisciplinary teams across product, engineering, data and analysis functions.Partner with Data Engineers, Architects and Analysts to deliver high-value solutions.Drive discovery, delivery and continuous improvement activities.Coach and support Product Managers while contributing to product best practice.About the CandidateThe successful Lead Product Manager (Data) will have: Strong experience delivering data products, platforms or services within complex environments.Experience working alongside Data Engineering, Architecture and Analytics teams.A proven track record of product leadership, roadmap management and prioritisation.Knowledge of data architecture, data modelling and governance principles.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience influencing senior stakeholders and aligning teams around shared goals.A track record of leading multidisciplinary teams in Agile environments.Consultancy, public sector or highly regulated industry experience would be advantageous.What's in it for You?
