In addition to the £26,695 salary, there are also benefits on tap including...Annual leave (increasing with length of service), a generous pension scheme (matched up to 9%), potential to earn bonuses, enhanced maternity / adoption leave and access to a great range of online and high street discounts.We also promote positive health and wellbeing by offering free access to healthcare, our popular YuLife app, our Cycle to Work scheme and more!As a Sales Assistant based in our Brierley Hill branch youll be responsible for:Driving a 3.5T automatic van making deliveries to customers within a 10 mile radius of the branchServing customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing advice and product recommendationsResponding to customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitudeMaking outbound phone calls to previous customers to regain their businessActively identifying and pursuing opportunities to drive sales within the branch, engaging both new and existing customersGeneral warehouse duties including booking incoming stock onto the system and putting it away and picking and packing customer orders which will involve manual handling heavy stock e.g. boilers, radiators, sinks and toiletsThis is a full time time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08.00am - 5.00pm and 1 Saturday morning a month 08.00am - 12.00pm.And heres what wed like you to have:A Driving Licence is essentialPlumbing & Heating knowledge is idealPrevious Face to Face sales and customer service experienceWarehouse experienceThe ability to deliver outstanding customer serviceTo be a team player who is happy to assist in all areas to ensure the smooth running of the branchEagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and a strong work ethicTo be comfortable lifting heavy itemsWe look forward to receiving your application!#ACHS100TPBN1_UKTJ
