Contracts Manager

We are working on behalf of a well-established main contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of new build projects across residential, schools and healthcare environments.This is a key role within the business, offering autonomy, variety, and long-term stability with a contractor known for repeat business and strong client relationships.The Role:Managing 25 live refurbishment projects concurrentlyProject values typically ranging from £1million to £5mFull responsibility from pre-construction handover through to completionOverseeing site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain performanceEnsuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standardsMaintaining strong client relationships, particularly in live and occupied environmentsRegular reporting to senior managementThe Ideal Candidate:Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager with a main contractorExperience working in residential, education and healthcare sectorsExcellent commercial awareness and programme controlStrong leadership and communication skillsSalary on Offer:Salary up to £80,000 + car / allowanceIf this is something of interest please call Robert Ferrari for an initial discussion or feel free to apply with an up to date CVTPBN1_UKTJ
