Job Title: Commercial Finance LeadLocation: CambridgeshireSalary: £75,000-£85,000 + benefitsWe are partnering with a successful and growing business to recruit a Commercial Finance Lead.This is a key role within the finance function, partnering closely with Commercial, Procurement and Finance stakeholders to provide insight, challenge and financial guidance to support business performance and decision-making.The role will suit a commercially focused finance professional who enjoys business partnering, improving performance and turning financial data into meaningful insight.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Procurement and FinanceDeliver commercial analysis, reporting and performance insightLead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processesSupport pricing, tenders and strategic business initiativesIdentify cost-saving opportunities and performance improvementsDrive improvements across processes, controls and reportingSupport the development of finance systems and reporting toolsKey RequirementsQualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)Strong commercial finance and business partnering experienceConfident influencing and challenging senior stakeholdersStrong analytical skills with the ability to communicate insight clearlyAdvanced Excel skills and experience with finance systemsExperience within FMCG, manufacturing, food or supply chain environments is beneficialAbout YouYou are a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working closely with the business, challenging decisions and using insight to drive performance.
