Are you a Polisher, Sprayer or Finisher with experience producing finishes, looking for a permanent role offering a four-day working week, optional overtime and long-term stability?

On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established bespoke joinery manufacturer that provides a supportive working environment, progression opportunities and the chance to increase your earnings through overtime.

In this role, you will prepare surfaces and apply lacquer finishes to bespoke joinery, furniture and fabricated products. You will work closely with the wider workshop team to ensure all products are finished consistently and to a high standard.

This role would suit an experienced Polisher, Sprayer or Finisher with strong surface-preparation skills who takes pride in producing high-quality work.

The Role:

• Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, filling and smoothing
\n
• Spray lacquer and other finishing coatings to achieve consistent, high-quality finishes
\n
• Work on bespoke joinery, furniture and fabricated products
\n
• Monday to Thursday, 6:30am-5:00pm, 40-hour week
\n

The Person:

\n
• Experience in polishing, spraying, finishing or lacquer application
\n
• Good understanding of surface preparation and finishing processes
\n
• Background in joinery, furniture, fabrication or similar manufacturing
\n
• Commutable to Evesham
\n
