Your Role As an RMN, you will play a key role in delivering safe, compassionate, and recovery- focused care to individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health conditions. Your responsibilities will include:  Delivering high-quality nursing care in line with NMC standards.  Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.  Supporting patients with acute and enduring mental health needs.  Administering medication safely and maintaining accurate clinical records.  Undertaking risk assessments and contributing to care planning.  Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive patient outcomes.  Building therapeutic relationships with patients, families, and carers.  Promoting dignity, safeguarding, and patient-centred care at all times.  Managing challenging situations professionally using approved intervention techniques. What You'll Need  Valid NMC Registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).  Minimum 6 months' UK Mental Health Nursing experience.  PMVA Certification – Mandatory.  Valid Enhanced DBS.  Professional references covering the last 3 years of employment.  Strong clinical judgement and excellent communication skills.  A flexible, reliable, and compassionate approach to patient care.  Right to work in the UK.
