Your Role As an RMN, you will play a key role in delivering safe, compassionate, and recovery- focused care to individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health conditions. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering high-quality nursing care in line with NMC standards. Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. Supporting patients with acute and enduring mental health needs. Administering medication safely and maintaining accurate clinical records. Undertaking risk assessments and contributing to care planning. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive patient outcomes. Building therapeutic relationships with patients, families, and carers. Promoting dignity, safeguarding, and patient-centred care at all times. Managing challenging situations professionally using approved intervention techniques. What You'll Need Valid NMC Registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN). Minimum 6 months' UK Mental Health Nursing experience. PMVA Certification – Mandatory. Valid Enhanced DBS. Professional references covering the last 3 years of employment.
