Roofing Site Manager - Bristol Start: End of August Duration: 6 Months Rate: Negotiable Think Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Roofing Site Manager to oversee a roofing refurbishment project in Bristol, starting at the end of August. This is a 6-month contract working across occupied residential properties, including a Grade II listed building. The project will involve the installation of insulation to flat roofs, so previous experience managing roofing works within occupied environments and on heritage buildings is highly desirable. Key Requirements: Proven experience managing roofing projects Experience working on occupied residential properties Knowledge of Grade II listed or heritage building works Experience with flat roofing and insulation installations SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS Strong communication and site management skills If you're available at the end of August and have the relevant experience, we'd like to hear from you.
