Site / Senior Agent - Highways & Bridge StructuresLocation: Northwest (Area 10)Contract: 12-Month contractShift Pattern: Night ShiftsRate: £400-£500 per night shiftThe OpportunityWere looking for an experienced Site / Senior Agent to lead the successful delivery of highways and bridge structure projects across the National Highways Area 10 framework.Working on schemes valued at up to £5 million, youll take ownership of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering vital infrastructure improvements across the Northwest.Youll work closely with Project Managers, commercial teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to drive progress while maintaining exceptional standards of health, safety, environmental compliance, and quality.Key Responsibilities* Lead and manage highways and bridge structure projects from site.* Oversee day-to-day site operations and coordinate all site activities.* Manage subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme.* Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) standards.* Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation measures.* Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate delivery.* Work collaboratively with Project Managers and commercial teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.* Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, stakeholders, and the wider project team.* Promote a positive safety culture and lead by example across all site activities.What Were Looking For* Proven experience managing highways and bridge structure projects.* Previous experience delivering projects valued up to £5 million.* Strong leadership and site management experience.* Excellent subcontractor management and coordination skills.* Sound understanding of planning, programming, and risk management.* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.* Experience working within National Highways frameworks.* Ability to work permanent night shifts.Essential QualificationsCSCS Black or White CardSMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)First Aid at WorkIf interested, please contact Martha on or 0161 523 6520.TPBN1_UKTJ
