Full-time?? £40-£45k + benefitsAbout the RoleWe're partnering with a forward-thinking organisation seeking a FP&A Analyst to join their Corporate Finance team. This is a highly impactful role focused on delivering Financial planning, forecasting, and commercial insight to support effective decision-making and long-term sustainability.You'll play a key role in providing accurate data, meaningful analysis, and business partnering support, helping the organisation improve performance and make commercially sound decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and financial planningBuild and maintain accurate financial models and scenario analysisAnalyse variances and identify key drivers of performanceProvide clear, actionable insight from financial and operational dataTranslate complex data into meaningful information for stakeholdersIdentify financial risks, trends, and opportunities earlyPartner with managers to improve financial performance and accountabilityProduce regular performance reports with insightful commentaryChallenge assumptions and support informed decision-makingDevelop and improve reporting, dashboards, and use of ERP systemsEnsure data accuracy and consistency across financial analysisSupport business cases, investments, and new initiativesAssist with pricing strategies and commercial decision-makingAssess financial viability, affordability, and long-term sustainabilityDrive continuous improvement in forecasting, reporting, and processesPromote financial understanding and a data-driven culture across the organisationWhat We're Looking ForExperience in FP&A or a commercially focused finance roleStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearlyProven ability to partner with non-finance stakeholdersExperience in financial modelling, forecasting, and performance analysisExposure to reporting tools such as Power BI is desirableProactive, detail-oriented approach with strong communication skillsQualificationsDegree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related fieldPart-qualified or fully qualified accountant ( ACA / ACCA / CIMA )What Success Looks LikeTrusted, accurate forecasts that support decision-makingStrong stakeholder engagement and financial ownershipEarly identification and mitigation of risksInsight-led reporting that drives performance improvementsWhy Apply?Opportunity to influence key financial and strategic decisionsHigh level of exposure to senior stakeholdersCollaborative and supportive working environmentHybrid working model with flexibilityTPBN1_UKTJ
