Working across a variety of public and private sector engagements, youll lead the strategy, delivery and evolution of complex data products and platforms that help organisations unlock greater value from their data.As a senior leader within multidisciplinary teams, you'll combine product strategy, stakeholder management and data expertise to shape roadmaps, influence investment decisions and drive outcomes for clients operating in complex environments.As a Principal Product Manager (Data) you will:Lead product strategy for complex data products, platforms and servicesDefine product visions, roadmaps and priorities aligned to business goals and user needsGuide multidisciplinary teams through discovery, validation and delivery activitiesBuild trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influence strategic decision-makingWork closely with Data Engineers, Architects and Analysts to shape valuable data solutionsDrive outcome-focused product management through KPIs, OKRs and measurable success metricsSupport business growth through bids, proposals and early-stage client engagementsCoach, mentor and develop Product Managers across the wider practiceKey skills required for the Principal Product Manager (Data):Extensive experience delivering data products, platforms or services within consultingStrong background working alongside Data Engineering teams and modern data platformsExperience defining product strategies, roadmaps and product investment decisionsStrong understanding of data architecture, data modelling and data governance principlesExcellent stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leadership teamsExperience leading multidisciplinary teams across product discovery and deliveryProven ability to balance commercial objectives, user needs and technical constraintsConsultancy experience and confidence operating in client-facing environmentsThe Principal Product Manager (Data) package:£80,000 £90,000 base salaryPension schemeFlexible BenefitsGet in touch with Connor Smyth at Anson McCade to hear more about this Principal Product Manager (Data) opportunity.TPBN1_UKTJ
