The Role

You will be responsible for the planned maintenance, service, fault-finding, and repair of a wide range of HVAC and refrigeration systems across public health sector facilities. The role involves ensuring critical environments remain fully operational while delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service, maintenance and repair of HVAC and refrigeration equipment
  • \n
  • Diagnosing and rectifying faults efficiently
  • \n
  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
  • \n
  • Responding to reactive breakdowns
  • \n
  • Completing service reports and compliance documentation
  • \n
  • Building strong relationships with clients and site teams
  • \n
  • Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with industry regulations
  • \n

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as an HVAC and Refrigeration Engineer
  • \n
  • Relevant industry qualifications (F-Gas essential)
  • \n
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • \n
  • Excellent customer-facing communication skills
  • \n
  • Full UK driving licence
  • \n
  • Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
  • \n
