This is a fast-paced role where you'll be responsible for sourcing, engaging and supporting high-quality professionals, ensuring they are successfully matched with suitable opportunities. You'll build strong relationships with candidates, manage the onboarding and compliance process, maintain accurate records and respond quickly to changing business needs. Success in this role requires excellent communication, strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while delivering an outstanding service.Key Requirements:\n

• Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, account management or a customer-focused sales environment.

• Confident communicator with a proactive approach to candidate engagement.
\n
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
\n
• Ability to work to targets and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Strong IT skills and experience using CRM or recruitment systems would be advantageous.
\n
• Knowledge of compliance processes within a regulated environment is beneficial, but full training will be provided.
