Bristol (Hybrid Working)

£13.45 per hour (Real Living Wage)

Full-time – 37.5 hours per week

Temporary – 2/3 months (could be up to 4 months)

About the Role

We’re recruiting for a Placement Coordinator to join a busy and fast-paced team supporting individuals across the UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a rewarding, busy, people-focused role.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating packages, speaking with clients and workers, ensuring the right support is in place at the right time.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing inbound and outbound calls from clients and workers
\n
• Coordinating packages for individual cases
\n
• Using internal systems to book and manage shifts
\n
• Responding to urgent and often time-sensitive requests
\n
• Building strong relationships with clients and workers
\n
• Ensuring accurate data entry and clear communication at all times
\n

Working Pattern

\n
• Initial training: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (first 2–3 weeks)
\n
• After training: Shift-based rota across 7 days
\n
• 7am–3pm
\n
• 9am–5pm
\n
• 3pm–11pm
\n
• Hybrid working available after training (typically 3 office days per week)
\n

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has excellent customer service and communication skills
\n
• Is highly organised and able to manage a busy workload
\n
• Thrives in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment
\n
• Has strong attention to detail (accuracy is critical in this role)
\n
• Is confident on the phone and able to handle sensitive conversations
\n
