Part-Time Payroll Specialist

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced payroll professional seeking a part-time or reduced hours position in a friendly, supportive and welcoming environment. You would form part of a small payroll team dedicated to administering a UK wide payroll and pension service to approximately 800 employees. Key responsibilities

\n
• End to end payroll support for UK based employees
\n
• Payroll processing, fortnightly and monthly payrolls
\n
• Administering of the employee pension scheme
\n
• Accurately responding to employee queries in a timely manner
\n
• Providing manual calculations and advice where necessary
\n
• Working with the team to provide accurate and clear payroll reports
\n
• Setting up of new employees and ensuring all data is accurately captured
\n
• Supporting with queries relating to the employee benefits scheme
\n

You will need to;

\n
• Be available to attend site 1-2 days a week
\n
• Demonstrate an aptitude for working in a similar payroll position
\n
• Detailed knowledge of tax, National Insurance and other statutory deductions.
\n
• Experience in providing support, advice and guidance to managers on payroll related matters
\n
