Cover Supervisor - Maidstone Flexible Work | No Planning or Marking | Immediate & September Starts Are you confident leading a classroom and looking for a rewarding role in education? We're recruiting Cover Supervisors to support a number of welcoming secondary schools across Maidstone. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, experienced Teaching Assistants or anyone with experience working with young people. As a Cover Supervisor, you'll deliver pre-set work in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring students remain engaged and on task throughout the lesson. The Role: Supervise classes across a variety of subjects. Deliver work left by teaching staff. Maintain a positive and productive learning environment. Report back to teaching staff at the end of each lesson.We're looking for: Confident communication and classroom presence. Experience working with young people (desirable).
