What you'll be doing

You'll manage your own portfolio of fully managed residential properties, taking responsibility for:

  • Ensuring properties remain compliant with current legislation and safety requirements.
  • \n
  • Coordinating repairs and maintenance, working closely with trusted contractors to deliver great outcomes.
  • \n
  • Acting as the main point of contact for your landlords and tenants, building strong relationships through excellent communication and proactive service.
  • \n
  • Managing issues from start to finish, making informed decisions and keeping everyone updated along the way.
  • \n

You won't be doing it alone. You'll be supported by dedicated teams covering lettings, applications, property visits, viewings, accounts and projects—allowing you to focus on delivering an outstanding property management service.
