Your new roleWe are seeking an experienced Technical Dispatcher Trainer to support the rollout of Dispatcher 2026 and a suite of newly developed enhancements across my clients support function.This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded professional who can bridge the gap between system capability and user adoption, designing and delivering a structured training programme that enables support teams to maximise the benefits of the latest Dispatcher developments.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver a comprehensive training plan for Dispatcher 2026 and associated enhancements.Assess current knowledge levels and identify training needs across the support team.Translate complex technical functionality into engaging, user-friendly training materials.Deliver classroom, virtual and hands-on training sessions to end users.Create supporting documentation, user guides and knowledge resources.Provide ongoing coaching and support throughout the adoption period.Gather feedback and refine training content to ensure effective knowledge transfer.Knowledge and experience;Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Dispatcher software/platforms.Proven experience designing and delivering technical training programmes.Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Experience producing structured training plans, user documentation and learning materials.Excellent stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.What you'll get in returnc£market rates What you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion about your career.
