Responsibilities\n

\n
• Lead the origination, due diligence and fundraising/execution of real estate commingled funds, joint ventures, investment clubs, portfolio recaps, and corporate M&A in Europe.
\n
• Build and manage relationships and maintain a database/market map of investment managers and operators in Europe.
\n
• Liaise and coordinate with distribution bankers globally to understand demand for Europe product.
\n
• Function independently and provide active guidance and direction to a global team of junior staff (Associates and Analysts) to ensure responsibilities are handled:\n

  • Conduct due diligence on and underwrite potential managers and mandates.
  \n
  • Prepare marketing materials, valuation models/financial analyses, and transaction documents.
  \n
  • Address investor due diligence questions.
  \n
  • Liaise and coordinate with third‑party consultants and advisors.
  \n
  • Coordinate the overall fundraising process and timeline globally, including client and distribution banker management, roadshow management, etc.
  \n

• Support distribution bankers as a subject matter expert on Europe real estate product.
\n
• Attend investor meetings and roadshows as required.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Vice President-level equivalent with 9+ years of experience in real estate within a private equity fund, institutional investor, investment consultant, or investment bank.
\n
• Masters/Degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Business Administration from a leading university.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
\n
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
\n
• Fluency in English required; additional European languages are beneficial.
\n
• Personal and professional integrity.
