We are now looking for an experienced Resourcing Business Partner to help us attract high-quality talent across our services.The VacancyWe are looking for an experienced and commercially focused Resourcing Business Partner to join our team and play a key role in shaping how we attract, engage and recruit exceptional people across our organisation while providing leadership and direction to a small resourcing team.This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive recruitment professional who can operate as a true business partner to operational and functional leaders. You will be responsible for delivering effective recruitment strategies across a range of roles, from frontline care and education positions through to leadership and specialist business support roles. Using recruitment data, market insight and your understanding of the organisation's workforce needs, you will help improve candidate quality, recruitment outcomes, time to hire and retention.You will be a trusted adviser to hiring managers, providing challenge, expertise and practical solutions to ensure we attract and appoint the right people who share our values.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day leadership, direction and support to a small resourcing team, ensuring workloads are effectively prioritised and recruitment activity is delivered to a high standardSet clear expectations and promote a collaborative, proactive and commercially focused approach to recruitment.Partner with operational and department leaders to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.Manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns, including sourcing, advertising, selection, offers and onboarding handover.Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide expert advice on recruitment strategies, market condition and candidate availability.Coach hiring managers to apply consistent, values-based, fair and safer recruitment practices.Develop targeted sourcing strategies for key and difficult-to-fill roles, including leadership, education and business support positions.Develop and maintain effective recruitment channels including job board activity, direct sourcing, referrals and other attraction methods.Manage recruitment spend effectively and ensure that it is delivering value for money.Maintain accurate ATS data, monitor recruitment KPIs and provide clear recruitment reports and market insight.Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, candidate experience and overall recruitment performance.Produce clear recruitment reporting and insight to support informed workforce and resourcing decisionsContribute to initiatives designed to improve the quality of hire, retention and the overall employee experience.What We're Looking For:You will be an experienced recruitment professional with a strong track record of managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple vacancies and stakeholder groups.You will:Be commercially minded with the ability to translate business needs into effective recruitment solutionsHave experience of leading, managing or mentoring a small recruitment or resourcing team.Have a supportive and inclusive leadership style, with the ability to develop others and create a high-performing team.Be an expert at building relationships and you can influence and communicate at all levels with credibility.Be the subject matter expert in all thing's recruitment and act as a trusted advisor to the businessCoach and advise hiring managers in line with recruitment best practices.Use ATS data, recruitment reports and KPIs to monitor performance and identify areas of improvement.Have a proactive and organised approach with the ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentBe solutions focused, resilient and motivated by delivering results.Experience in health and social care, education or another regulated environment would be advantageous.What We Offer£53,000 OTE inclusive of an attractive commission-based incentive structure.The opportunity to shape and influence the recruitment strategy across a growing organisation.A supportive leadership team and the chance to make a real difference to the lives of those we support.Hybrid workingBenefitsHealthcare cashbackLife assurance 2 x salaryHoliday entitlement increasing with serviceCycle to Work SchemeBright Stars recognition and Employee of the Month awardsFree meals at workApplication ProcessReady to join Bright Futures?Our process will include a values-based interview and competency questions linked to the key requirements of the role.If you would like more information about this role, we encourage you to contact Emma Wilcock at or call 07345 597467.Unfortunately, we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.TPBN1_UKTJ
