Part-Time HR ManagerWandsworth2 Days Per WeekUp to £30,000 (Pro Rata)I'm working on a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking for a flexible, standalone role with plenty of autonomy.You will be joining a successful and growing consumer brand, taking ownership of all aspects of HR for a close knit UK team of 18 employees. This is a true generalist position where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact across the business.The role will include:Managing the full employee lifecycle, from contracts and onboarding through to offboardingLeading performance reviews, PDPs and employee developmentProviding day to day HR advice and support to managers and employeesEnsuring HR policies and processes are effective and compliantActing as the go-to person for all HR matters across the businessThe details:Up to £30,000 (pro rata)2 days per week (ideally Wednesday & Thursday)Based in WandsworthStandalone HR positionSupporting a UK team of 18Ideally suited to someone who invoices via their own limited company, although payroll can also be consideredThis role would suit an experienced HR professional who enjoys working independently, thrives in a hands on environment, and wants the flexibility of a part-time position while making a genuine difference.TPBN1_UKTJ
