We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef and for our authentic Italian restaurant in The City of London.

We are only serving food freshly prepared; everything is done in house, and we use the very best seasonal produce.

The ideal JuniorSous Chef does not need to have an extensive knowledge of Italian cuisine

On average we have 200 covers per day, and serve Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch and Dinner
