Job Description
Complaints Resolution Advisor - 2x permanent positions
Location/Base: Homebased, with the ability to work in the head office as and when required (Designated office: Memorial House, Coalville, Leicestershire)
Hours: 35 hours per week (hours are flexible to suit business needs and to be worked between 8am – 6pm)
Salary: £32,170- £35,744 per annum (RFJ 6)
The role
\nThe Complaints Team are looking for a Complaints Resolution Advisor to join working in the Complaints Resolution Team which is part of the Complaints department.
\nThey will be responsible for resolving cases before they turn into complaints and delivering a high performing complaints investigation and resolution service for emh customers.
\nThe role will also include contributing to developing comprehensive customer insight and profiling and ensuring a holistic support service and advice on complaints handling across emh.
\nThe person
\nDo you have a passion for providing an effective and efficient customer service, and can demonstrate excellent communications skills, whilst working to meet tight deadlines?
\nDo you possess good IT skills and are competent with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other databases?
\nDo you experience of working in a housing and/or customer contact centre environment or related field?

Qualifications

- Educated to GCSE level in Maths and English or relevant professional experience \n
